Community Outreach - Waimea

To celebrate National Spinning and Weaving Week, Oct. 7-13, 2019, the Big Island Chapter of the Hawaiʻi Handweavers Hui will be sharing their crafts: drop spindle spinning, spinning on a wheel, potholder making, and weaving on rigid heddle, inkle and table looms are some of the activities to be presented.

All supplies, equipment and guidance will be provided by members of the Hawaiʻi Handweavers’ Hui. The public, adults and children, are welcome to participate at no charge. Join us!
